Deneys Zeederberg is the founder and owner of Deneys Zeederberg Attorneys. Deneys completed his Certificate in Advanced Companies Law at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and Advanced Business Rescue Practice at Unisa after he obtained his LLB degree at the NWU.

Deneys commenced practice at a well established medium sized law firm and became a partner within his first 2 years at the firm. Deneys has built up a wealth of knowledge working on complex legal matters with some of the most reputable advocates in the country and in doing so acquired in dept knowledge in amongst other, cooperate, commercial, civil, administrative and property related matters and built up an extensive book of clients.

Deneys prides himself in being able to provide practical and legally sound solutions to his clients’ legal matters and in doing so has delivered many successful results in completing his mandates.

Deneys strives to make a difference in the community he lives in and to become a household name within the legal fraternity.

Deneys is also an avid sportsman and plays golf on a regular basis, enjoys hunting and fly fishing and even though he does not play cricket anymore enjoys supporting the game.

Andrea Zeederberg

Office Manager

Andrea Zeederberg completed her honours in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from NWU and her Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning form UFS. She joined Deneys Zeederberg Attorneys Inc. in 2024 as the Office Manager, bringing valuable experience from the financial sector as a CFP. She plays a vital role in overseeing daily operations, handling financials and budgets, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Andrea is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to the success of the firm.

Her leadership and problem-solving skills make her an integral part of the team.

She is family-oriented, always willing to assist where needed, and fosters a positive and collaborative work culture.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with friends and family. Her outgoing and warm personality makes her a natural people person who values strong relationships and teamwork.

Corleen Momberg

Administrative Assistant and Secretary to Mr. Deneys Zeederberg

Corleen Momberg joined Deneys Zeederberg Attorneys Inc. in January 2025, bringing a strong administrative background from her previous role as a school office administrator.
Her experience has equipped her with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage files, schedules, and meetings efficiently.

As the front desk manager and secretary to Mr. Deneys Zeederberg, Corleen plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. While she holds a Bachelor of Education degree, she has chosen to pursue a career in the legal field and is gaining valuable experience at DZA.

Outside of work, Corleen enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, and relaxing in the bushveld.
She also loves a good braai and making memories with loved ones.

Dominique Lawrie

Attorney

LLB (UP)

Dominique Lawrie completed her LLB at the University of Pretoria, earning a place on the Dean’s Merit List and membership in the Golden Key International Honours Society.
She began her legal career in 2019 with a Johannesburg law firm, gaining experience in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. After being admitted as an attorney in May 2021, she worked as a junior associate before transitioning to a legal advisor role, where she expanded her expertise in commercial contracts, lease agreements, labour law, and company law.

Realizing her passion for practicing law, she returned to private practice in family law before joining Deneys Zeederberg Attorneys Inc. in June 2023. She now focuses on commercial law, arbitration, and company law. Highly motivated and results-driven, Dominique is dedicated to her clients and continuous professional growth.

Outside of work, she enjoys sports, particularly Formula 1 and MotoGP, as well as the arts, including dance, drama, and reading.

Gé-örg Jansen van Vuuren

Attorney

Gé-örg Jansen van Vuuren joined Deneys Zeederberg Attorneys Inc. in January 2025.
He obtained his LLB degree from NWU in 2019 and began his legal career as a candidate attorney in 2020 at a law firm in Potchefstroom, and was retained as an associate attorney in 2021, where he has gained experience in criminal law and civil litigation.

Dedicated to his profession and clients, Gé-örg is committed to delivering excellent legal service and always goes the extra mile. His outgoing nature and willingness to assist make him a valuable team member.

Outside of work, he enjoys both watching and participating in sports, as well as socializing and engaging with those around him.
